Thomas T. Cloke (development)
Tom is a seasoned investor/broker, developer and managing member of the Cambridge Group, with numerous national clients. With over 35 years of experience, he has renovated and owned more than 50 properties in the French Quarter, and has completed numerous tax credit transactions. He has built houses, apartments, condos, timeshares and hospitality properties.
Over the last 25 years Tom has been the managing partner in 29 different partnerships including condos, land development, multi-family, hotels and retail projects.
Slater W. Swartwood, Jr. (sales)
As a founding member of the Cambridge Group, Slater has developed a system for locating, analyzing and developing the best residential locations in New Orleans. In addition, he has 14 years of experience in real estate finance, and is an expert in matching homeowners with properties that meet their financial objectives.
Slater is dedicated to developing the best residences to meet the needs of today's homeowners in a rapidly changing New Orleans.
Margaret Berliner (main office/administration)
Margaret's real estate career began 20 years ago. Her career has included sales and marketing as a broker, lending and construction coordination in several states. She has also had experience in property management of multi-family, vacation rentals and home owner associations.
Margaret enjoys working with Cambridge Group because of their collective dedication to contributing to the renaissance of New Orleans, with reverence for tradition and an eye to the future.
Margaret is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders.
